A laser engraved slate plaque with jute string to hang. Plaque measures 30cm tall by 20cm across.

This beautifully personalised slate plaque is ideal for anybody who wants to keep track of their weight loss. It is personalised to suit you across the top. The main feature is the pretty Mason jar, filled with stars at all key points of your weight loss, up to 4.5 stone. Across the top we have your reason why, your goal weight, how many pounds lost, how many to go etc with space for you to write your answers on with chalk/chalk pen.

Having a visual representation of your weight loss actually increases your odds of loosing more weight and keeping it off! It shows your accountability, and is also motivational. Cross off each marker as you go to spur yourself on.
Having a "reason why" across the top was also important for me to include. The reason why is SO important. Having a daily reminder of your reason why to look at will also help encourage your weight loss and making good choices.

The bow can be removed from the mason jar if desired.

Chalk is wipe clean off the slate and this plaque can be reused whenever needed.
